Hahaha, I learned to play the guitar in my own, special way :D

I don't play power chords. I can, just about, but I don't really like to. Instead, I shift up the base of the chord, ie E or A, and bring my thumb over to cover the bass notes, effectively transposing the chord. This makes suspended chords much easier, and gives me more general freedom over the chord.
