Hey ive been trying for days to get some help.. my blackberry will not start correctly.. it keeps starting as a snowy white screen.. a little like when a tv is not purchased..ive searched around a and a few others also have this poblem..i loove this phone and i rlly dont want to replace it. can anyone help me by telling me how to fix it? Like i said its an awesome phone and i really dont want to go to my old phone so anyone please help if ou can, Thanks
If you go into Media from your main menu and then press the BlackBerry button, it should bring up a menu where there is an option to receive using Bluetooth. It will then wait for a connection to the device that you are pairing with.

I am sorry to hear that you are having some problems with your BlackBerry.
I would suggest backing up all your data and performing a master reset to see if that works first.
