well the nudity will not change that the game will be ultimately rated M for mature either way like the previous games, and trust me if you own GTA 4, then i think this game will be suitable, however, if you are 17 years old you could purchase this game legally with your consent only, but like i said before the nudity and mature related items have appeared on the other GOW games, this will most likely be no different, i can only hope your parents will get you this game
