This is an instructional video - the idea is that the instructor talks through the process from start to finish, including a description of the equipment. Stating the obvious is often a part of being a good instructor. Writing retard comments on YouTube is often part of being an asshole!

  • Thanks for the videos. One part of the form I was hoping would be addressed on this and the incline was the elbows. I've recently understood they should be tucked in at a 45 degree angle (especially with heavy weight).
