What I would like to know is how there can be a $50-75 billion overpayment! HOW DID THAT HAPPEN? WHO IS RESPONSIBLE for that?? Maybe it’s not just Issa and Repubs that are intent on destroying the USPS and they’re getting help from the inside.

Great video! They keep trying to avoid giving the money back and it doesn't seem like the issue has been pushed as much as it should have been. Tomorrow, they are going to vote on Issa's bill. Also time to put this in literature and mail it out to every single household in the US. What the heck are the unions doing with the dues they've been receiving. If they lose their workforce, the unions lose their dues. As soon as this crap started was the time to act proactively. Up the tv commericial ad times, get this information out there. Most people in this country still live under the assumption that their tax dollars pay USPS employees' salaries and that the USPS bleeds money.
If the USPS skips one day, it should NOT be a Saturday when most people are HOME to sign for important mail and receive large packages (instead of receiving a notice to pick them up!) USPS needs to implement SAME DAY DELIVERY SERVICE not advertise worse service (1st class delayed a day? Let's get rid of the decision making dinosaurs!). The PO can offer PAPERLESS SERVICES as Western Union and Paypal do and stencil phone # & svcs on postal vehicles... Use your brains, DC!

@lmdw I have the misfortune of living in Issa's district. However, his seat is considered one of the safest in congress not in the least because he's also the richest person in congress. If someone else were to win in 2012 it would send a very resonating message to Washington about the American political process and money. Issa is waging war on all American institutions that protect the average person like you an me. He needs to be stopped.
