A year and a day. That's called getting screwed over. Jail is up to a year; anything over a year is prison. There is a big difference between jail and prison. The government is still using cointellpro tricks. An anti-war group in WA state was infiltrated by a guy working for the military. Look up Olympia Port Militarization resistance (Oly PMR) for more info.

Presently, phone companies do have a large control of personal info. Its probably a hackers' best interest to wanna get in the major networks. A security/intel officer can enter one room in a major tel netwk, and have access or wiretap many of the public. IS this justice well we'll neverknow?
