nearly no recoil, unrealistic gun handling... it just ruined it. Those guns, except maybe the pistol should be SHOVING their arms behind their backs they are holding them. In real life if they fired a weapon like that, especially the shotgun, they would hurt themselves and get some really bad bruises.
