The only way I know how to get DH footage is to download the movie from a torrent site... I use demonoid dot com, managed to find a wonderful upload of the 7 movies in bluray rip (extended versions for 1 and 2.)

If you copy everything from the DVD and you put it in the same folder...when you right click the folder theres an option to play the video, then u can cut clips using VLC.
