I'm totally sure that Eva is the "mother" of the snakes, solid and liquid were blonde in MGS1 (Solid dyed his hair you can see it on briefing that he ask Naomi (can't remember well) to dye his hair)). Well im not 100% sure about that but who knows? as Mr. Hideo Kojima said all secrets will be revealed on MGS4 so probably he will tell us who is the mother of the snake twins. I think solidus had blonde hair also but too bad we didn't have any flashback from him on MGS2.
