Very informative. i usually choose crystals/stones that i am drawn to. I know sometimes they can be expensive but it calls my name so i will buy it anyhow lol.
Wonderful...as always. I enjoy stones and crystals as well. As for general energy,healing, and metaphysical practice-I use runes.They are more specific for my practice but I'm amazed at the similarity as to the ways you use your stones.You're entirely correct in that it is individually motivated.Also it helps to use natural objects as it is intrinsic to our Pagan Path.

I had the similar idea with a dream catcher except using it to capture the energy of the sun and transforming it to healing energies. I never thought about attaching stones to musical instruments... Very cool! :-)
