Past: Ocean with small ice shards and rocky creeks with waterfalls and recently fallen snow

Present: Mine into a huge ice cave with ice creeks and ocean with huge icebergs

Bad future: Ice cave and icebergs melting down, the cave is filled with trash and the ocean is dirty!!

Good Future: Crystal silver city into the cave and a research center over the ocean!!

the ice cap zone the first act i can beat it in less in 2:30 seconds but it's hard and the second act i can beat it in less than 1:30 seconds by taking the short cuts if tails doesn't get in your way no joke i did it before i got the game believe it or not.

Not that hard to believe, but i doubt it was kept all through the game, since each stage resets your max lives back to 99. unless you used a game genie.

I believe it happens because when you jump or collect a ring, it produces an another sound that "overlaps" the music layer. Interference.

My brother once became Hyper Sonic at the snowboarding part still don't get it how he gets 50 rings, I get 40 rings max.

There actually are 50 rings in the snowboarding part of the level, you gotta jump at the right time and you might get those 10 extra rings, that's why you're allowed to jump. :)
