All you have to do is move the Remote aswell as the nunchuck towards your TV and then presss z+b when the purple launcher reaches the grey area =)

First, make sure you wii mote is in proper condition (i mean, the sensor), because in some state, it would be compulsory. And then, the easy way to do it is make a space between your wii miote and the sensor bar about 3 metres with your wii mote sensor facing the sensor bar. And when you asked, walk closer to your sensor bar so your space between wii mote and sensor bar is about 1 or 2 metres. And after that, follow the instruction as AmeKiyaru said...

This operation is one of those operations that really gets your attention. Angie used to be unfriendly, but in this operation Derek and she pull through together and from then they're friends. It also shows the discovery of the Healing Touch, which is an impressive moment every time I watch it.

Stiles draws a star to help him concentrate. The better the star (supposedly) the longer the concentration. To his eyes, time seems to slow down. To others, he's operating extremely quickly (notice Angie's reaction that Stiles stitched in a split second). If I remember correctly, you have an infinite time for the touch here (the game draws a perfect star for you). Hope that helps :]
