good bench.. need to focus on the deadlift a bit more I would say.. def a lack of strength in that department.... maybe lay off the straps for this a bit also... need to change your shoes.. they aint good for your knees...

@aaronalwines yeah alot of people dont focus on deadlift and squat nearly as much as bench press that is if they even do them at all lol ever sence i started i did squats deadlifts and bench press and my squat and deadlift is like twice as much as my bench press thats partly tho because my arms are very long so not ideal for bench press
@aaronalwines Maybe he suffered an injury and he can't trained the deadlift for years. You don't have to judge someone if you don't know he's training/life background ...
@1233211dan I can tell you as a fact from my experience that once I started doing back squats and deadlifts, my waist got thicker, but I gained a ton of muscle doing those exercises.

im no expert but there is some serious lower/upper body imbalance if benching 315 is easier than deadlifting SUMO for 315.

@1233211dan I can tell you as a fact from my experience that once I started doing back squats and deadlifts, my waist got thicker, but I gained a ton of muscle doing those exercises.
