His performance was so impressive, he made me shiver. He managed to put so much tension in his acting, he was like a bomb that's about to go off but you don't know when it will explode.

I think the most srtiking thing were his eyes, it's like he was dead on the inside.. the other actors were really good

praising someone for their ability to act furious is like praising them to act unreasonably happy.

Confirming other people's personal beliefs isn't good acting,

If someone made a movie about hippies being lazy, dirty and perpetually high, we wouldn't see people talking about how great the acting was.

Instead we'd hear about how patronizing the story was.

without people to express the story , the story would be ignored in general, thanks to great actors, which i think ur nuts to even think acting isnt tough on actors, maybe if u follow actors that dont do anything dramatic, yeh its a happy time, thanks to great actors, the story becomes epic, more dramatic, more real.... either way, u made a point, its a good and understandable one, but i will still say mine.

One of my favorite films in the top 5 for sure.I was really impressed by Tobey Maguire's performance in this film.He showed us all not only can he play Spiderman but he can play a marine as.For sure this is his best performance of his career.This has to win an award after this masterpiece of a film.I am shocked though that the box office of this film only made 17.4 million dollars and shitty twilight over this film come on this film should have made in the 100's of millions great film :D
