  • At 1:48, when you do the lunges, make sure you're not wobbling like that. It can cause major muscle impallancements and result in knee injuries. Make sure that if you cant do one of the excersizes with out wobbling, don't do them at all. Find something else to work those muscle groups, then do these when you're strong enough. Same goes for like all the other excersizes.

  • @KruaiNamida ... Keep the following to a minimum if possible. =) 1. Sugar - if sugar does not turn to energy and is expelled by work/exercise it will turn to fat especially Fructose. Corn products = starches Flour products = starches, Potatoes w/o the skins in large doses = starches, carrots in large doses = starches. All of these items are high in carbohydrates all of these are also starches. Starches are considered sugar because that is what it breaks down to in the body. See #1 for sugar.
