So all i have to do is go to the army base pay someone (commanding officer) in Mongolia or cambodia and i can buy a rocket so what can u only shoot the rocket or is it yours and can you keep it if so how much for the launcher.

The one in Mongolia is not an army base; it's a "military tourist camp." I don't think they would let you take the rockets away. I think you can only shoot them there.

No, it's a Mongolian. I'm 190 cm tall, that's quite a bit taller than the average Mongolian.

It was 70,000 Mongolian Tugriks, which is almost exactly 60 USD. The range is about 40 km from UB.

Actually, that's really cheap. If you consider the cost is 60 USD for a rocket, that's not a bad price.

And the only other place I have found where you can just show up and shoot a rocket launcher is Cambodia. There is a shooting range/military base near Phnom Penh where they have an RPG-2 (Vietnamese B40) that costs 200 USD per rocket.

The one in this video is the RPG-7. I can tell you from experience that the RPG-7 is a lot cooler than the RPG-2. And 60 bucks is a bargain.
