Yes, I use store-bought broth a lot myself. Sometimes it's nice to do home-made and, you're right, it is - and was! - perfect for a smoky bean soup! Thanks for commenting.

That looks good but I just use chicken broth or stock from the store.The stuff in the stock here would be good in bean soup.
