She's not a slut if you know what the song means. I looked up translations and it's essentially the animation of arguments presented by a man and a woman about "What Good is Love," where the man points out all the bad in relationships while the woman points out the good. The characters are going back and forth in their relationship not because it's actually happening but it's just what the man and woman are pointing out in relationships. Hope that clears things up about this beautiful piece!
