Is it visible on Google Earth? Who took the photo? Was the purpose of these particular watchtowers? What war? Wow, what a great band and what a photo!
the watchtowers are called the Cape Henlopen Watchtowers they are located in cape henlpoen in the state of delaware they where build during ww2 if you are still intrested . ( even though its 9 months later) o and if you want to finde pics of them just type in "Cape Henlopen Watchtowers" into google
