Harvey was the best defender of the early NHL, Robinson is one of the toughest blueliners in history, Bourque is the best offensive defender next to Orr while not being a defensive liability like Coffey, Potvin is in my mind more responsible with the Islanders dynasty then Trottier or Bossy. Him and Smith shut down the other teams forwards for years.

Wikipedia tells me that he was ALSO drafted by the Nordiques, interestingly enough. He spent most of his time in North America playing for minor league teams, before going back to Sweden, where he still plays today.
