I just can't get my head around Ron Paul. On some issues he's the most enlightened person I've ever heard, on other issues he's a staggering ill-informed twat. seriously, I know nobody's perfect and that everyone has their strengths and weakness, but how someone can be SO astute on economics and liberties, and yet think that evolution is false and that the Gov't should have nothing to say on healthcare is just beyond me.

The enemy is Iran. America has a strategic advantage by being in Afghanistan. They now have Iran surrounded. The American army to the west & east supported in the west by Israel & the American fleet in the Indian ocean. Ultimately the need to maintain military hegemony in the muslim world trumps the welfare of the American people. I don't understand Americans. You guys are so screwed up. Ron Paul is a voice in the wilderness. A prophet preaching to empty pews. Sigh.

Nonsense about Iran as our enemy it is Israel's enemy and by running our debt and the fed forced to be our problem. How about we get rid of the bankers and print our own money. What about N. Korea? I haven't heard much about them lately. Oh, wait a minute they were testing long range missiles about a month ago. It was like a blurb in the news compared to economic policy, middle east policy and swine flu. Something is going on here.
