Quit pushin so hard, it is bad for your voice, and whats with the head bobbing? You also need to take notice that you shouldn't breathe in the middle of a phrase of the song. You need to breathe with the lower half of your chest not your shoulders. You can tell if you are doing that right if your stomach goes out when you breathe in. Don't lift your head on the high notes, that pushes your voice down into your throat and makes it harder to sing. keep your chin level and it will be way easier.
