Why people keep asking for preset? Tone depends on many things, specially speaker/headphones, cable, guitar, PC and so on...Instead of waiting for free preset, go and make your own, which will fit in your gear.

Im guessing the tone was made with the pod metal shop pack, at least double tracked, panned 100% left and right, maybe a third track centered, plus 40% reverb, also did you use impulse response? I hear something that sounds like like that kind of effect, although it is possible to get it with the some heavy tweeking on the stock pod studio effects, either way, thats a great tone, and playing to go along with it, Thumbs up man!

@noobker if you have the ux2 the preset i use is dual amp mode. . on both use the medium hall,compresser, noise gate and the line6 spinal puppet (eq is choice).. on the first amp i have the speaker as the 2x2 mni T with an sm57 off axis, then for the second amp to give you real balls use a bass cab and just adjust eq to get an awesome sound :)

@uknoitsandy47 Im thinking of buying it too, but i have watched instruction video's on how to setup the ux1 and there are so many damn cables that im not sure if i want one anymore. I need to search for ux2 setup. The ux1 said it didnt have a stereo line input to hookup an mp3 player (etc) for running backgroudn tracks, nor did it have a stereo line output to computer input (we know you cant just run it to mic input) . It works on USB which we all know is about to go obsolete with usb3.

@ivncdo0809 That's what I do actually. So no, you can use any sort of interface software.

Just make sure that the instrument input is actually selected on the Gear Box even if it's not open. I guess that is universal.

mix the both track (your solo guitar and the song) with audacity. and then save it as one file. audacity is a free software so there is no problem. hope i helped cya :)

UX1 Comes with only 1 guitar input. The UX2 has. . 2 lol. And I think the UX2 comes with some POD Farm add-ons. :)
