  • Not bad, in order to get experience the same feel you need to drop some acid. The technique never is the same as the experience of an LSD trip while playing. As you may know. As far as the time 30 minute acid song it is the staple of acid music.

  • what china? and bass player is man pretty

  • @carini7487 Stagg 18" Traditional china. Glad you liked the bass man! :)

  • nice tune.

  • Paiste 2002 ride?

  • @iHaveAnger It's a Sabian HHX 21" Groove ride

  • I NEED ANOTHER VID LIKE THIS! BUT PLEASE! 30 MINUTES LONG! PLEEASEEEEEEEEEEEE

  • Love the fuzzy bass. :)

  • my compliments on some great musicianship! i would love to know how you got your cymbals to sound so nice and crisp. i also have the nt5's as overheads but they sound like mud compared to yours.

  • @brendanvdrums Thank you! Guitarist did the mix, I think there's at least some compression and EQ added to the overhead-tracks. The most important thing in recording thou is the thing that makes the sound. In other words, if you want better cymbal sounds, you probably need to buy better cymbals. Even the most expensive mic in the world won't help if you're recording something that doesn't sound the way you want it to sound. You can make things less worse with EQ etc but it's not the same thing.

  • Real cool and trippy!

  • great guitarist. he really knows how to manipulate those notes.

  • The first part was nice and mellow, then this part came out with a more upbeat Fugazi sound. Great job. I love it.

Has likeness to one of their songs..not sure which one exactly. Could be "suggestion" or "promises".

  • Dude how you get it to sound so awesome?

what recording stuff do u guys use?

  • The mics are D112 in bass drum, Shure SM57 on snare, Beyerdynamic Opus 87's on toms, Rode NT-5 overheads. Sennheiser e604 on bass amp and I think another SM57 on guitar amp. Recorded with Presonus Firepod attached to a Macbook running Logic. I think that's all. :) Good sounding instruments too, of course.

  • fukin awesome. everything sounds perfect.

  • What effects is your bassist using? I am loving that fuzzy-overdriven tone.

  • All I know there's a lot of them :) But I asked him, said he uses Digitech Bad Monkey for slight distortion and the bigger one is Jacques Bat Fuzz!

  • Brilliant!

  • Mahtavaa!
