well in ohio they happen due to oil and gas companies putting fracking waste into the ground, while the greedy rich make tons of money they are destroying the earth we all live together in, while most of us can't afford to live somewhere else the wealthy oil and gas C.E.Os can move anywhere they want with the cash they have made messing up the enviroment for others. The gas and oil companies don't care about anything but money and they own the DEP so they do what they want when they want.
