The W.K. is made to take a bashing. Just balloon the reciever and spray areas that can rust with wd-40. Then after running through water use some more wd. The W.K. can take abuse. It is not fast enough in stock form to hurt parts.

One other thing. Make sure the tires are glued really good and any holes sealed.

In Spain It costs the same, about 235 €. Anyway you can buy it in a international USA shop it's cheaper. There is a version of Wheely king with out radio and batteries + charger what is even cheaper, you dont need these stock parts

Apparently UMG feels that fair use doesn't apply to their customers. I own both the CD and DVD of Nirvana's MTV acoustic thing...and the Nirvana boxed set, etc... But that doesn't matter to UMG. no. well it depends if they up graded the motor on the wheely kind. but stampedes go much faster. The wheely king has a lower gear ratio for more acceleration and is able to power through more mud and stuff.

hpi make good trucks,i had an esavage,all stock but i sealed the reciver and esc with plastidip and put the motors in bycycle innertube. i fully submerged it,it held up ok when driving but i charged it up next day and smoke started pouring out of the truck and the battery wieres started gettin hot.this was due to a short out caused by residue on the board because of me making a shit job of sealing it

After I got home I took apart the ESC and RX and cleaned them with electronics cleaner and dried them with an air gun.

Not a big deal. I do the same thing with RC boat electronics that get wet when my boats blow over on the water.

Yes ran fine.

I cleaned the ESC and motor with denatured alcohol then lubed the motor bushings with some light oil.

I also went through the driveline and cleaned/lubed the bearings.

I never intended to swamp it the way I did, just drive through some deep water. Once the tires started taking on water it was a matter of time before it flipped backwards. At that point it was too late to worry - the truck was either going to run or die belly up in the lake.

im not sure how but mmy friend has a wheely king and his tires have the plate with the bolts on the side of the tire so the tire wont come off when totally deflated but he has no foam inserts or ne thing and no tube... but ne wayz it like seals his tires so he can float on the water for about 15 minutes before he starts stinking
