Best Buy ROCX, f**k Circuit City, I had stereo that didnt wanna work brought it to the store and they called me the next day to pick it up, when I got there they told me they can't fix it and that i can take it home. I had extended warranty for 3-4 years and I had to argue with them for over an hour, even called a manager and finally 1 hour 30 minutes later I got new stereo. the policy is if they can't fix it you exchange it for a new one as long as the price is the same. F*CK CIRCUIT CITY
