The Constitution does grant the right to tax to fund the legit functions of the Fed. I would agree that most of what the Fed does is not Constitutional. A few years later, an additional ammendment was created to repeal the 18th ammendment (21st). The Constitution gives the Feds the right to control our boarders, not drugs or prostitution. States make those laws where Contitution is silent. You are intitled to your idiotic sensibilities but dont call me ignorant.

One I can think of that was very close to Anarchism is the Quakers of early Pennsylvania; they interacted peacefully and traded regularly with the Native Americans - while the other, politically motivated, colonies and groups did not...ultimately force and authority overcame the Quakers and ultimately the same happened to the Native Americans - all in the name of Government and "Country"

If a border patrol; agent is afraid of a boy with a rock, maybe he should be guarding the aisles of wall mart.
The FBI did investigate this case and called the murder of the boy "Justified" because the agent was afraid of being overpowered by the children.

A few years later, an additional ammendment was created to repeal the 18th ammendment (21st). The Constitution gives the Feds the right to control our boarders, not drugs or prostitution. There are many govt agencies that are unconstitutional. Pol Pot was a LEADER...Anarchy has NO Authority...thus; Pol Pot cannot be affiliated with Anarchism.
Anarchism is simply the removal of authority i.e. forced compliance; with this removal - all interaction is Voluntary; unlike today ... every nation has a compulsive system that YOU cannot "opt out of" without leaving the Nation or become Public Enemy #1.

Also, Anarchic societies would function in a more effecient manner from an economic standpoint; this would drive out ALOT of "historians" as these are the people that are overwhelmingly supported by Governments theft and plunder of productive people; historical occurances and events would be kept - but at a much smaller and much more accurate scale - as a "supreme entity" (Government) wouldnt be around to assure that IT looks good in history books.

One I can think of that was very close to Anarchism is the Quakers of early Pennsylvania; they interacted peacefully and traded regularly with the Native Americans - while the other, politically motivated, colonies and groups did not...ultimately force and authority overcame the Quakers and ultimately the same happened to the Native Americans - all in the name of Government and "Country"

I'm sure the kids family would have told him to stay away from the boarder in hindsight..... but after watching "which way home " ...i doubt it. It's the US's fault they are poor.. it always is.

They also said the children had no real intention of entering the country or at least to stay. The US is responsible for economically dominating Mexico and its resources and have traditionally used it as a recruiting ground for cheap labor. But i can't agree that the majority of families would still encourage their children knowing the dangers

The kid, however, did have the opportunity to stand in front of any court.
