This was my sho'nuf jam for so many years. I was going to the 7th grade the summer it was out in California - used to visit my cousins in San Francisco; one was my age; the others were older; they'd have friends over; the kids would be in the kitchen all the time - listening to the radio, singing, cracking jokes - making me wish I was a teenager - so much fun. Love the Dreamlovers; their other song I see to the right "Together" is a good, one too - if anyone is interested. Enjoy!
I grew up with older brothers who used to play all this great music, they even used to sing DooWop out in the street... The 60's were AWESOME and especially having brothers & sisters of all ages, all nationalities of friends and always our house full of people... My older sisters used to wear their hair up and the style back then was exactly like the Movie " WEST SIDE STORY." Great Memories!!
THIS SONG REMINDS ME OF THE LOVE MY LIFE THAT PUT ME THROUGH SO MUCH,BUT AFTER WE GOT MARRIED I THOUGHT IT WAS GOING TO BE ALL FAIRY TALES,WE WENT THROUGH HARD TIMES AND GOOD TIMES BUT NOW WE STILL ARE DOWN FOR EACH OTHER SINCE 1984,JOSE AND ANNA FOR LIFE.
this video take's me to the60s.. i used to do the grind to this song with nellie from hart st in bklyn..pete from myrtle ave" the best oldie in the world..when we get married...
Great Song!

in the 7th grade, my social studies teacher would play this song ALL the time. He had every class singing it. I love it though. :)

I took the advice of this song. bad mistake!!! I now listen to music, and not heed the advice. but all aside, this is a beautiful tune.
