Stock for stock it;s a good race the mach1 has more hp but it is slightly heavier it weighs 3665 lbs everybody thinks the new mustang is heavier but its actually lighter with a curb weight of 3483 lbs.

3665? A little heavy there. You thinking of the same year cobras w/ IRS. Mach1's are that heavy, mine is 3317 lbs.

Actually thats not quite right. The s197 GTs are a little heavier than the Machs, but not by much.

Im saying bone stock, not you having weight reduction or your friend having 19 or 20in rims or a sound system is the trunk. Im not sure what you suggesting I buy since your grammar is so poor, but if you're asking me to buy a mach1 then you need to take a look on my channel and you might realize that I do own one and its likely much faster than yours. Oh and a new edge GT is lighter than a mach1.

@imkindatheshizNITE shut up... your making mach 1 owners look like shit. who cares... the official measure says our mach 1s weigh 3380 lbs. thats fords number. with a full tank of gas, oil coolant trans oil and rear diff oil with a spare. Just how it comes from the dealer (assuming they filled it up...) mine weighed in with a light tank of gas and no spare/ jack at 3309lbs. im making 309/321 wheel thanks to a mystery cam and a worked on intake manifold.

The Mach had Dr's also. I agree stock for stock, mod for mod, always a good race with them. Bad ass looking cars too.

Cold Air Intake, Tune, underdrive pulleys, O/R-H. Adj. lower control arms, drag radials.

Since then have "bettered" my time with 12.83 @ 107 Just with practice

I would say that LCA's and DR's put you in a different league from a seemingly stock Mach 1. Congrats on the 12.83. An equally modded Mach would be a good race, but ^ that is nothing to brag about...

Sorry, The clocks were up during the day, then the last 4 or 5 runs I made, they were off. Pretty sure that was a 13.23 run. And I only got my half of the time slip.
