they did move their heads...watch it, especially episode 3; lots of head articulation when the doctor, jmaie, klieg, and co try to escape when caftan seals off the tomb

i just got the new cyber controller (from the age of steel episode) 12 inches at toys r us and an rc assault dalek (you know that dalek that has the claw arm attached to it) in 12 inches

so freakin cool :)
