Okay, this is NOT as bad as this seems.

First of all, just because the Raposa sprang from Mike's imagination doesn't make them any less real. They lived and loved, they were real.

And it's not like Mike's never going to dream again, right?

Sure you can't live in dreams forever, that's a given. Mike's journey to awakening is wonderful. But dreams are part of what makes life REAL. All this means is that as Mike awakens, the Raposa and the Hero slumber, perhaps to dream of when next they wake.

This is wut the 2nd game and partly 1st means well wilfre trys to take colour away because he knows that their world has been a dream and if the dreamer (mike) wakes up they die so if its all gone mike dies and they survive. but he realizes Heather was awake and saw the whole thing (car accident) so he makes sure she cant speak (half her is darkness) because then she would tell them wut was going on and they would wake him up sooner. the last pic mean they arent dead they live in head so DTL 3 !

also, its always sad to see the end of a good video game series. extra much if it ends in a sad way. altho, the thought of a boy being unconsuis and finally waking, can not be called "sad". at least in my opionion, in that case, the fact is no one died, but when mike sleeps, as in after you beat the game, all characters come back in his dreams, showing he cares for them.

@camson95 Basically, Mike, his sister Heather and their parents went to the fair and won two dolls that look like Mari and Jowee. They were going home when they hit another car, both parents died and Heather and Mike were rushed to hospital. Heather had a bandage around half of her face (that's why half of her face is black) and Mike went into a coma. The whole story in the game is Mike's dream. At the end, Heather prays for her brother and Mike wakes up. Does that help???
