Thing about these 9 strings is people mostly just play them like a 6 or 7 string for the most part you have 4 fingers played in normal position and 9 strings - most are using 4 or 5 strings in an entire song as far as riffs - some do tech metal math metal noise shit with it and some ( very few ( make anything good of it.
