hey i had a question, i notice sometimes i will get a leg strain where the leg bends(the part parallel to the knee in the back of the leg) it'll happen even if i don't train legs and feel lie a strain/pull wondering if you ever had any experience as it puts my leg days off. it comes on and off every few weeks.
@rctriplefresh5 Hey man, thanks! No, last injury was the bicep tendon from a tire flip event. This was just a "me" flip off my bike... happens lots. As for your posterior knee pain, no idea what it could be, but I would start by stretching the hell out of your hams and calfs, and using foam roller or tennis ball to roll out the calf muscles where they attach around the knee, particularly outside the knee, just under the joint. Thats where most of my knee pain comes from. Stretching is boring...
