fact is, you don't need any arrows. if you walk just the lowest line all three rows are accessible

at 3:25 when you are in the room with those crawling things is there a way to do it without arrows? because i dont have any arrows. if there isnt a way to do it without them could you tell me a place to get some arrows?

You can actually walk against the wall at the bottom of each hole. You have to be careful about it, but you can make it across and hit them with your sword. If that isn't working, you can always throw some bombs if you have them.

why don't you ever use the pegasus shoes to sprint while traveling? cuts down on a helluva lot of time.

in the cave at 3:20, you can walk along the bottom wall to get to the sides of the room and you can kill the enemies with your sword instead of wasting arrows =)
