il est trop relacher, sans vouloir vous vexer bien sûr. j'ai fait une reconstitution historique du 19 ème siècle et j'ai dû en porter un tout les jours pendant 2 mois c'est afreux on peut a peine respirer et on peut presque plus s'assoir ou se pencher!!

Hello i have a corset also that i had purchased it from a place for over 300.00 they told me not to tie the laces around the corset the laces will actually in time wear the material out because of the rubbing of the laces what i do with the laces after the corese is tight and tied is to tuck the laces inside the back of the corset just treying to help

Your corset is your armour. Lace it tightly. Breathing is unimportant.

the corset is far to big its ment to pull you in and shape you. To size your corset you must get one 4inch smaller than what you are so it can pull in. Then the corset shapes to you and you can start tight lacing (if you want to that is )

But the corset is lovely but tie the bow at the back it looks far more elegant :-)

Omg, I feel so silly! I got my first one yeeears ago and left it in the drawer because I thought they sent it laced up wrong, lolololmao. We didn't have youtube back then and I never saw how it was supposed to be laced. I'm gonna find that thing and dust it off...not that there's much I an do with it now, lol. Thumbs up.

your corset is too big you should always have a gap and never fasten your corset to the front

oh no.you should never tie a corset in the front!.its bad for your corset and it doesnt look as good.if youre gothic like me i try to get the elegantly dark look and you cant obtain that with a bad bow in the front.always tie in back even if someone has to help you tie it.

in this video I don't do it but normally i tie in the back and then i tie in the front, but not very tight, so it doesn't put pressure on my corset. =)

@nokaxlyzard Not to be rude but tying your corset in the front is the sign of a 'working girl' or prostitute. The working girls would tie their corset in the front for 'easy access'. Again, not trying to be rude, just though I let you know.

thats a very nice corset dear, but lacing it round the front is bad for it :( you need the next size tighter though- that one is loose. when done for the full effect corseting is great- but when its not it doesn't look a patch on the real thing.

two things.

You might like to get a smaller sized corset. if you can close it all the way like that (the half inch doesnt really count) you need a smaller one.

Two, lamore915 is VERY right, you shouldnt tie it in front. it damages the outer layer and the back busk; it forces it to bend in the wrong direction.

just thought you should know.
