@XvRAYNEvX I saw Glenn when he played on Halloween at Universal for the Legacy tour. It was incredible; true relentless primal force. I lost my shit when Doyle marched in. Still, I walked out with the very distinct feeling that it was all over. Not the show but the legacy of Samhain, Danzig, and The Misfits. I got the feeling that Glenn was finally hanging it up. Recent events are starting to prove this which is unfortunate.

Releasing music independently, starting his own festival to bring exposure to lesser known bands, helping Doyle with Gorgeous Frankenstein and even playing a show with Graves.
It would be cool if Graves came back but it's unlikely. Graves hates Jerry more than I do lol Still, he's a great singer and his acoustic further proves this.

I think the interest is waning and its getting more and more difficult for bands to get into circulation. That and all the old legends are getting on in years. It's all dieing out.
@FantasticMrHell Maybe a little bit, but where I'm at there are A LOT of decent semi original bands/musicians, aswell as a few good clubs for shows. My area teminds me alot of Seattle in the 90s lmao.
Hell, that's even what I want to do with my life, I've spent at least 5000 total on music gear for it, so maybe there will be a wave of good music soon.

We will NEVER hear the old style of the Misfits. They were young and raw back in the day. These guys are more polished today, obviously not as HOSTILE in their music. I'm not gonna front, I still enjoy hearing what they have to offer.
its not the voice of misfits anymore. thats my only issue. Jerry is becoming too much of a family man and that actually shows quite a bit in the music. They went soft, starting with project 1950. i mean its still undeniably misfits, its just hes not keeping the same tone that the vocals in the rest of the misfits songs have.

Nope, it's Dez. The booklet that came with the CD even credits him for being the vocalist in those songs. Also, it actually does sound a lot like him. Go and listen to the version of the Black Flag song Damaged I that's on the First Four Years album. His voice sounds very different when he's not screaming like he was in a lot of Black Flag songs. He may not be able to sing the same way he could 30 years ago, but Dez is very capable of singing.
