sounds like he blaims his father for his addiction for his lack of a belief in god, never truely identifying what was the thing in him that caused his problem. He has chalked it up to a lack of religion, problem solved. O well maybe he should have picked up stamp collection, maybe religion filled a void that his mother left so he has something he feels a part of, some one to look up to. I dont admire him though. I agree one hundred percent, A testimony is not the story of how an individual had saved themselves , but how God saved that person. I enjoyed this story, you can see how much Mr. Orasuk was transformed, from death to life, from drugs to Christ.
A good true testimony should minimize the sinner and maximize the savior. That is what is called Glorifying God and giving Him all of the praise for what He did and taking the focus off of the man.
