as a child i grew up near vandenberg air force base and during recess in elementary you would see b-1's and f4's and my favorite was watching the f16 pulling super fast turns like in iron eagle lol. freaking awesome aircraft and still my fav I will be flying this in Ace Combat tomorrow

Ive been asking myself this for 2 years now.... We ( Dutch ) use F16 A''s.. this is an f16 C, now always when i see the F16c, i notice something different.. but i dont know what it is, are there any small visual differences?

In the hands of an experienced pilot the F-16 is still a serious threat to the Rafale and the Typhoon. Amazing machine.

You can see in this demo that the F16 can maintain energy better and has a faster roll rate than the Mig29.

I find it really funny that few people realizwe that the F-16 was the worlds most agile/manuverable fighter when it came out and is still in the top 5 for manuverability. It is just about as manujverable as the EFA and Rafale.

@Vyppaaa11 from what I heard the F-18 can make a tighter turn but the F-16 can hold a turn longer then the F-18

@yoyoyoyoshua With all do respect, no, the only the F-18 does better than the F-16 (and better than almost every other modern fighter) is maintaining high alpha at low speeds. The F-16 is still officially the worlds most manuverable fighter. Granted, that may be do largly in part to the fact that many of the manuvering specs for the Rafale, Typhoon (EFA 2000) and the F-22 are still classified by their respective manufactuers and users. I mean no disrespect

@yoyoyoyoshua True, but then again the F-18 can't really dogfight. The only chance it has is using its advanced technology to out tech the enemy.

Le f16 est toujours en demo au bourget, tandis que les stupides de chez dassault ont viré le merveilleux mirage 2000. Quel honte!

Qu'ils se le mettent dans le cul leur rafale.

tt a fait d'accord je confirme! la démonstration du mirage 2000 était sans doute la meilleur du bourget et à la base j'y allai surtout pour le voir voler. Cela m'a beaucoup déçu quand j'ai appris qu'il ne volerai plus du tout au bourget :( ils auraient pu le laisser d'autant plus que beaucoup de personnes vienne pour le voir. Beaucoup ont été déçu et de plus il a une manoeuvrabilité supérieur a celle du F-16 en combat aérient il est tjr en concurence avec le F-16

Beaucoup veulent le voir mais aussi beaucoup de militaires veulent l'acheter. Mais les stupides de chez Dassault ont arreté sa production pour ne pas vendre le rafale mais quasiement le donner au brésil

Dassault remporte un contrat de plusieurs milliard.

même si ils leur donne accés au technologie du Rafale

il suffit de taper dans gogole " brade le rafale" pour tomber sur des articles suffisament serieux pour etayer ce que je dit. Dassault a du mal à vendre son falcon et fait des remises de 40% sur le rafale.
