I wanted to BASE jump before I got into skydiving, but after what I have learned about the variables involved..I might wait until my C or D license until getting into something like BASE. Age isn't as important as canopy experience, safety and maturity. (my humble opinion) :) Good video!

What do you suggest one should start out with when it comes to extreme sports like this? Paragliding or something like that?

Parachuting in general (skydiving) is best, although paragliding is very similar in takeoffs, updrafts and winds.

nice work,,, i'm gonna try and ground launch my canopy soon. Is there any specific wing loading you need? I'm about 60kg on a 170 F111 canopy.

Same addiction, Same feeling. no matter how old you are. If you think you might have a passion for it, go for it. Im 24, still trying to master skydiving, i probly wont be base jumping till im 25, 26. And i have no problem with that!
