It just heats you up, it doesn't cook your insides or anything like that. They do it to us from satellite, usually, but I have had someone do it with a small microwave weapon on a airplane. They will sit near you and hold a briefcase open towards you. You can tell its what they do for a living because they look really sick themselves. The woman who did it to me looked almost dead, and she was cross eyed.
