This game was perfect, the gameplay and story were extraordinary.The ending made perfect sense,she was damaged she wasn't just suddenly going to get better.She regained her memories and the truth was her reward, even if she wasn't sane.The real world and her Wonderland merged,after all the trauma she suffered from I would be amazed if she wen't back to her old self before the fire.It wouldn't make sense or be realistic.At least Alice found the REAL truth and sought comfort in the process.

@MrRock1235 It wasn't until the Queen of Hearts told her to remember the Asylum that she started regaining her memories, it showed she was labotomised at one point and Dr Bumby's "therapy" messed her memories up. She realised herself that she couldn't have started the fire nor the cat as they weren't in the library and realised the truth. She was lead to believe it was her fault until she found out the truth to save her world but by then she finally snapped (London and Wonderland merging)

Well, she's not totally mad (at least she can see a bit of reality superimposed with Wonderland) but she isn't sane either. Wonderland is the ending because she mixed the two worlds together, thus saying the Wonderland recovered. As for if she got trapped, she may be trapped in her world because of her mentally unstable mind. I think it's because of she wants an escape from reality and live in Wonderland.

Holly shit, I just played it. The game was great, but for this "ending"

This game was perfect, the gameplay and story were extraordinary.The ending made perfect sense,she was damaged she wasn't just suddenly going to get better.She regained her memories and the truth was her reward, even if she wasn't sane.The real world and her Wonderland merged,after all the trauma she suffered from I would be amazed if she wen't back to her old self before the fire.It wouldn't make sense or be realistic.At least Alice found the REAL truth and sought comfort in the process.

@americanidiot215 It's not about the age rating it's about the content in it, some teen or mature rated content doesn't always have the same content. This game is all about a woman suffering halucinations as she goes insane having to deal with her life unable to forget her past about her parents burning alive while also discovering that the doctor who is supposed to be helping her is actually a pedohile using hypnotherapy to make children have no memories to be used for prostitution....

@MrVideodead actually,the boss can't be the Red Queen.If you do not know,Alice already fought the Red Queen,in the first game.And besides,the Red Queen isn't causing any problems,its the therapist.

Yeah, I want to know. I thought her family was burned in fire and she got insane after that. Now in this game, it implies that her family was murdered by someone. Is that really the truth, or is Alice just making things up to make the doctor the bad guy. He is sort of the antagonist in a way, but he is portrayed a murderer for her family in her eyes. (confusion)

@MrRock1235 It wasn't until the Queen of Hearts told her to remember the Asylum that she started regaining her memories, it showed she was labotomised at one point and Dr Bumby's "therapy" messed her memories up. She realised herself that she couldn't have started the fire nor the cat as they weren't in the library and realised the truth. She was lead to believe it was her fault until she found out the truth to save her world but by then she finally snapped (London and Wonderland merging)

Well, she's not totally mad (at least she can see a bit of reality superimposed with Wonderland) but she isn't sane either. It's more like instead of having episodes where she's fully sane (in the game when she was in London) and fully insane (the Wonderland episodes) she's become a bit of both. Hence, why the Chershire cat say's she hasn't found her way back..but for now she and her memories are safe.

um.. so, can someone make two things clear for me please? Did she realy killed that guy or did she do it in her imagination? In this game sometimes it was hard to understand where is reality and where is imagination. Allso, why she was in the wonderland in the end? Did she got trapped in it, or was it just to show that wonderland recovers?

@TheMelifor She really killed Dr. Bumby in reality at the same time when she killed the Dollmaker in Wonderland. Wonderland is the ending because she mixed the two worlds together, thus saying the Wonderland recovered. As for if she got trapped, she may be trapped in her world because of her mentally unstable mind. I think it's because of she wants an escape from reality and live in Wonderland.
