Very good video. I remember reading about the woman in the basket and was always confused beyond belief. Now it actually makes sense. This interpretation is actually highly informed, basic, educated, and simple.

Which bible do you recommend to give the most literal interpretation of the original Hebrew?

@ThematicApperception - If you speak English, the KJV is probalbly your best choice - and you can always use Strong's Concordance to check the Hebrew or Greek if it seems weird.

@suukiness I need to clarify that the literal interpretation given in this video is intended to offer a literal layer of POSSIBLE fulfillment in addition to the greater spiritual truth conveyed to Zechariah through this interesting prophetic symbolism. There are many sound messages one can draw from the symbolism here, and they should not be overlooked. Thank you so much for the great insight. I am just a youngster and I realize there is a lot more to be learned in scriptural prophecy.

Hi, I do not think man made devices will be responsible for God showing signs and wonders in the heavens and on the earth. Man will do what he wants to do but he is limited by what God wants to do. God's plan is to build His Kingdom with jesus at its head.

@suukiness - I'm glad you pointed that out. God will definitely show His miraculous signs and wonders in the heavens in the last days. Zech 5 is just a small sliver of the whole story. I don't want to sound like this particular interpretation is the one and only way to look at this. This is mainly a neat observation of the original language and its possible mid-layer literal fulfillment. We shouldn't separate this passage from its more spiritual prophetic symbolism.

51:11 "Sharpen the arrows, take up the shields! The LORD has stirred up the kings of the Medes(Modern day Iran), because his purpose is to destroy Babylon..."

it goes on 2 say Iran will overwhelm with manpower a Babylon that lives by many oceans, has weapons that can destroy mountains (Nukes), has a stronger Air Power, pollutes the earth more than any other nation & sells alcohol 2 the whole world

That's not the description of the Babylon of the old! so who could it be?

@VEVAK007 Yup. The 1st Babylon was the original 'type' of the worldwide Babylonian system or 'antitype' that exists today. What happened to the old Babylon back in the day will happen to our current Babylon in the last days. Scripturally, Babylon always represents an allianace of apostacy against God, usually religious and political in nature. Sadly, all of our Christian denominations have become harlots today. We may be 'religious' but our hearts are far from him. We have become "Lawless."
