Use Safari, open the Activity window and look for the direct URL to the FLV. Copy the URL into address bar, this'll trigger a file download. Get the Perian plug-in for QuickTime (dish out 30 bucks for QT Pro) then convert it to an M4V or whatever. Import into iMovie. Rinse, lather, repeat.
I'd love to know how you did that.
I tried everything i know to import the video clip you sent me into iMovie.
