Ofra died of "mageyfa" (bad disease). However, there is a formula to reverse an evil decree: prayer, repentance and charity. Simply put, it was Ofra's time and nothing could reverse the evil decree. She just died before her time, but death eventually catches up to everyone. Shalom!
