I see many versions of this CineForm software, Cineform Player, Cineform NeoScene, Cineform 4k , which should I use to make an intermediate codec for editing ?
@MrCrgl It depends on the kind of video/resolution you are editing. Cineform 4K is top of the range, for film resolution while at the other end of the spectrum NeoScene is very basic. I think NeoHD is probably the best way to go. Check out their website and find what meets your specs. Hope that helps!
This series of superb videos deserves to be seen by a wider audience. Have you guys been able to pitch to anyone at the BBC to get this shown - it's a masterclass in the film-making process!

Wow! this is a really great quality and informative video.
The ability for score composers to expand our music use beyond a film is challenging, more so at this time than for bands. But as long as the business environment is open and the composer engaging there's potential for score elements to be integrated into a longer and wider business model....meaning we too may naturally accept less payment even at a more developed career stage.
This was a great episode. I've been building relationships with bands on youtube, myspace, and where I live in anticipation of hopefully shooting my own feature soon.
I hope you will cover distribution in one of your episodes.
