its not about how hard you push something its about how smart you run one we out picked a case 8010 yesterday picking beans side by side in the time they picked a 20 acre field we had a 10 acre and a 20 acre picked
we do it everyyear man no hard feelings but we stand right beside the 8010s anything bigger is obivously goin to beat us but thats why we are adding a 9750 to the fleet next season every year we pick winter wheat on the ground so we can bale behind and notill beans right behind the combine the normal stalk of wheat is 2 to 3 feet im not trying to argue with you man but dont tell me something we do year after year
i still have a hard time that a 9610 with 275 hp runs as quick as an 8010 with 375 hp. dont get me wrong, we run smaller combines too, and we've demoed the big ones, they dont fly past us, but we cant keep up to em.
manitoba, canada. across the northern border of minnesota. class 9s can easily run through a quarter section in a day here on their own. with our two TR's (which are class 6s) we cover around 200 acres/day depending on conditions. thats taking in 80-110 bu/acre winter wheat, 50-60 bu/acre hard red spring wheat, 50 bu/acre soy beans. most of our fields are either a quarter or half section (160 or 320 acres)
see thats where your completly different than us our average field here is 50 to 100 acres we pick 60 to 80 bushels on beans and 70 to 90 on winter wheat we stand right beside our competing red combines regardless we pick on average 12 to 18 acres an hour on either crop on our wheat we windrow behind the combine so that will speed you up 1 mph
yea field size and truck availability has alot to do with it and how far you have to haul with the cart I have one video where im hauling a mile to the truck across a highway and thru a farm just to get to the truck
Whats the name of the song when they are spraying the wheat? and when i was watching, i saw some previous tracks for the sprayer where they already sprayed something on before that.
nice video dude, ever thought of using airplanes to kill your wheat instead of using your ground rig?? be surprised how much your losing in the wheel tracks from shatter and runnin it down. Air tractor for small grains
We are swathing all the barley, canola and some of the wheat because we got a lot of low spots where it stays green longer. And also because of hail storms and frost.

@nchayfarmer, its not hard to fly with a combine in beans. put your 9610 in high moisture hard red wheat, and see how it compares to an 8010
