Very poor training from Police (or lousy "In charge" Officer.) They should have moved ahead and NOT withdraw... By doing so they showed fear, lack of control of the situation and consequently got themselves into serious trouble.(could have been worse if one fell on ground...) However in saying so rubber bullets and or tear gas would have helped in this situation. Clearly the Police force was "Dog tucker" there... feel sorry for them!
