Sure you could argue the league is more athletic in aggregate, but that shouldn't prevent slow players from putting up good numbers. Lebron James is the most athletic guy in the NBA, even in history, but still Deron Williams is considered a good player. Rondo ain't fast either, he is pure passing PG.
