@kendallanimal12 I think it was around $80 shipped, and he makes different sizes to fit the common gauge sizes... Once you find him, private message him to make sure everything fits.
I'm active duty military (25 years) and bought a MS3 to bring to Italy (6 months of fun so far) and have been looking at mod ideas for the car (I am a HP junky (check my videos)), so your videos have been helpful. I see that you got out of the service (one of your comments) so thanks for your service and hope you landed on your feet OK with a good job, etc. Take care, and again, thanks for the videos.
@myttuf1 Were any of the mods you installed difficult or are they pretty "cut and dry" and easy to install? With my being overseas, I still have access to a lift at the base, but if something goes wrong I do not have access to a tuner shop or dealership that can work on my car. They would simply say "This no Fiat".
@V10ViperGTS I was able to do every mod myself at the shop I had on base. However, I got a lot of my know-how and help from some Mazda online forums that I frequent: mazda3revolution and mazdaspeedforums... These websites are full of information and there are a lot of how-to's that take you through the step of different installs.
I know you showed the video of reving up at a standstill. Is their significant drone or noise when you are cruising at about 3000rpm at about 120km/h? I had the CS exhaust on my 10 2.5L and it was so loud you could hear the car from a significant distance. I have the 10 speed now and want to put the CS exhaust on again but am worried it will be the same thing. I know the turbo will cause the system to be somewhat quieter as it does act as a type of silencer.
To get a defrost vent pod, you need to get a hold of "blockh3ead" on M3F (mazda3forums)... He's also on MSF (mazdaspeedforums) under the name "Ghostspeed". He uses a stock vent, and molds a plastic cup to the vent... It looks very professional, and he can make it in different sizes for different sized gauges.

The only thing stock on the exhaust is the downpipe, the midpipe/racepipe is 80mm and catless, from CS, and everything after that is 80mm piping from CS as well.
i would rather have the HMMWV in the background....lol

@dragonx828 No, I'm not in TX, I was in WA, but now I'm in CA... For just the things listed in my sig, it cost roughly $1000 (not installed).

No extra vibrations, it's the same as the stock exhaust except noise and power.
myttuf1 1 year ago
i was wondering if you felt alot of extra vibrations when you rev or get on it..
